GUNDAM EXIA 1/60 COMPLETED!!!!! :D

Finally, after about a month, I have completed my Exia custom colours! Enough crapping , let's see the pics!! XD

This has also been topcoated with future as I wanted to achieve a glossy look and this also my 1st time trying water decals and it was a disaster, I broke about half of them but after watching a few youtube vids and trying their methods on my RG Freedom, nt a single one broke!! Will post the WIP and completed pics of my RG Freedom after I have finished the decals! (half way done)  So STAY TUNED FOR MORE!!

Finally done with decaling for my Exia! 1st time trying waterslides and it was a disaster... broke almost half of them haha definitely need more practice and going online to watch more tutorials before attempting waterslide decals again.. Will post the pics next wk after my layer of topcoat! :D

1/60 Exia fully assembled!! :D

Here it is!! My 1/60 Custom Exia fully assembled! Really enjoyed this build and I LOVE the way it turned out! :D However, If you were to look carefully, loads of flaws visible here and there like chipped paint and even frosting... However, due to th frosting.. somehow to me, it looks even better! All that's left is the arrival of my samueldecals!^^ So yeah.. less words and here comes the pics! Presenting fully assembled 1/60 Exia!!!  (Pardon my poor posing skills :P)

1/60 Exia Update 4

Time for another update! These were all done on Saturday but being busy assembling the thing, i didn't have the time to post the pics..:P So yea... 2 days later, I have alr assembled the kit but will only post more pics tmr cos I'm just too lazy. Anw, Here are the pics n Enjoy! :D

Parts on skewers...ready for 2nd coat!

 These parts were painted with Mr Crystal Clear's Monnstone Pearl. I have to admit that handpainting pearl colours were even tougher than clear colours as any mistakes were just far too obvious to spot so in the end i spent the entire day just painting these few parts...

Seperated all the pieces into their various parts, mainly...

and Arms! 

 The mess created after fully assembling the kit...

All that's left is panel lining and fnal touching up so.... 

The kit was fully assembled and coated with gloss coat (which seemed to dull the metallic colours). So all that's left is the arrival of the water decals so that i can fully complete the kit! :D
